    It’s kind of irritating, that all printing moulds you show in the movie are turned by 180°. Normally, when you are in typesetting, you look at the letters in a way you read them from left to right, with the base line turned away from you.

    Hi Drainspotter,
    Thanks for checking the project out!

    From the view of the designer (hands) the direction is correct. I also had to position the tripod on the other side of the press as to not interfere. At the risk of irritating the few knowledgeable letterpress folk, like yourself, I figured most viewers (familiar with letterpress, but not the process) would be confused as to why the letters are upside down. -so, I plead guilty to taking creative liberties :-)
